You probably have faced other challenges, obstacles, adversities, limitations and setback in your life – which we here at #DefineYourelf call an it. The only deforce batten those others its you have faced in your life and the Coronavirus is that you are not going through this it alone.
The coronavirus has affected your friends, your neighbors, yourself and it has even affected me.
Since the 15th of March I have self-quarantined myself because of health concerns I have including my type II diabetes and at the request of the general public.
During this time I have self-quarantined I am not sitting at home binge watching my favorite TV shows and movies from the 1970’s and the 1980’s. I am doing something that I hope will help YOU through this crisis. I have written several blogs and I will be writing more in the coming weeks that talk about staying at home, working from home and being at home most of the time since that has been my life for the past 20 years due to my disabilities.
On my social media pages, Facebook and Twitter, along with posting inspirational quotes sand stories I find on the internet sporadically, I am also sharing information form creditable sources including the CDC that can help YOU successfully navigate through the coronavirus outbreak.
I believe that whenever we are going through a difficult situation, we have two choices. We can either cry or laugh about it. That is why YOU will also find a little bit of humor on my social media pages. I am posting cartoons, memes and jokes that I hope will break the tension of the 24 hour news cycle that constantly talks about the devasting impact of the coronavirus.
For more information about what I am doing during this cries, vast my coronavirus page at IMChrisMitchell.com/CoronaVirus.
I hope and pray that you, your family, your loved ones, your co-workers and everyone in your community stay safe.
Please stay at home, stay safe, follow the directions of your local leaders and others who are knowledgeable about this virus.
Together we can get through this, overcome this virus, and return to our lives to build the success we all deserve.
